1. Meet the Community
Meet the instructors and other families as everyone gets settled.
WHAT TO EXPECT
2. Experience Capoeira
Children will jump into a fun, beginner-friendly Capoeira class filled with movement, music, games, and teamwork.
3. Ask Questions
After class, stay for a few minutes to ask questions and learn more about the program.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothes
Water bottle
Closed-toe athletic shoes (or barefoot if preferred)
A sense of curiosity
No previous experience is needed

Over the years, I've learned that children thrive when the adults around them know each other, encourage one another, and build friendships alongside their kids. My hope is to build a complete village, one where children grow up surrounded not only by their parents, but by mentors, elders, and a community of caring "aunties" and "uncles" who know them by name and help them become their best selves.
Coming to meet us is simply an opportunity for us to spend some time together and see if this feels like the kind of community your family has been looking for. There's no pressure to decide that day. If it feels right, I'd be honored to welcome your family into it.
