Our first season begins September 15. Before classes begin, we're inviting families to one of three Discovery Days so you can experience our community before deciding whether it's the right fit.
Discovery Days are a relaxed way for your family to experience our community, meet other parents, and see whether Ginga Life feels like the right fit.

1 - Welcome & Meet the Community

Meet the instructors and other families as everyone gets settled.
WHAT TO EXPECT
2 - Enjoy a Capoeira Class
35 - 45 min
Children will jump into a fun, beginner-friendly Capoeira class filled with movement, music, games, and teamwork.
3 - Questions and Conversations
15 - 20 min
After class, parents are invited to stay, ask questions, and learn more about the program while the children continue to play together.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothes
Water bottle
Closed-toe athletic shoes (or barefoot if preferred)
A sense of curiosity
No previous experience is needed
